Project to build a custom 3D printer from parts a) at the space and/or b) readily available for cheap if necessary
We have the following pieces:
- XY stage from the scrapped FDM2000
- A large quantity of stepper motors
- linear bearings and rails of various types
- RAMPS and RAMBo 3D printer control boards
- Extruder parts
- OpenBeam extrusion
- Taig Micro Lathe, MaxNC mill, and Monoprice MP Select Mini 3D printer with which to make any necessary custom parts
