A Harbor Freight 2 ton folding crane/engine hoist thing.
Current Status: Functional, we think (it's now been outside for a while…)
Hydraulic fluid was added, and it is now holding weight. Not in the best shape in the world, though. Seals are suspect.
This must be stored in folded shape when not in use.
