| As a spam prevention measure, new accounts have to be added to a special group in order to have page editing/creation privileges. The admins get an email when new accounts are created, and will add the id to the group if the username/email address are recognized. If they aren't recognized, you should probably post on the [[mailing list]] more - introduce yourself! | As a spam prevention measure, new accounts now have to be added by an administrator.
